Highfield Logger is a private, non-commercial application operated by Gordon Troy for recording heating-system and temperature data at a single residence. It is not offered, licensed, sold, or made available to any other person. Access is limited to its operator.
The application may be used only by its operator, and only to read data from devices registered to the operator's own Google account. No other use is authorized.
The application is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It is a private data-recording tool. It does not control heating equipment, is not a safety system, and must not be relied upon to detect or prevent equipment failure, freezing, fire, or any other hazardous condition.
The operator accepts no liability to any party for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this application. As the application has no users other than its operator, this provision is stated for completeness rather than because any third party could be affected.
The application interacts with Google's Smart Device Management API. Use of that API is governed by Google's own terms. Google is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this application.
These terms may be revised at any time by the operator, and the revised version takes effect on posting.
